【摘要】 目的：研究无功能肾上腺皮质腺癌声像图特征及其与病理结构的相关性。方法：回顾性分析经二维及彩色多普勒超声诊断的并经手术病理证实的１４例肾上腺皮质腺癌患者。结果：１４例全部经超声与病理对照分析研究表明，等回声组所占比例最大，占４３％（６／１４）；强回声组占２９％（４／１４）；低回声组占１４％（２／１４）；混合回声２例占１４％。Ｂ超定位诊断符合率为９３％（１３／１４）；定性诊断符合率为５７％（８／１４）。结论：１．肾上腺皮质腺癌的声像图特征为：①肿瘤是以等回声为主的较大肿瘤，本组均大于８．２ｃｍ；②肿瘤形态多样，以不规则形及分叶状常见；③彩色多普勒血流显示瘤内及瘤周血流丰富；④肿瘤内多见液化坏死。２．与病理结构的相关性为肿瘤内回声的高低与肿瘤细胞的大小、排列情况、血管纤维组织及坏死等病理结构含量多少有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT Objective:To study the ultrasound feature in correlation with pathological structure of adrenal cortex carcinoma.Methods:Retrospective study was done in 14 patients with adrenal cortex carcinoma diagnosed by twodimensional and color Doppler sonography and by pathology.Results:Ultrasound and pathology correlated study indicated that a group of isoechogencity was accounted for 43%(6/14),a group of high echo was 29% (4/14),a group of low echo was 14% (2/14) and a group of mixed echo was 14%(2/14).The rate of coincidence of qualification was 57%(8/14),the rate of coincidence of locality was 93%(13/14).The features of ultrasound image of adrenal cortex carcinoma were 1)The tumor was big,mainly isoechogenic,more than 82cm in diameter;2)The tumor shape was varied,irreqular or multilobar;3)Color Doppler showed plenty blood supply of the tumor and its surroundings and 4)Tumor necrosis frequently seen.Conclusion:Different tumor echos were correlated the tumor size,the tumor cell arrangement,the vascularity,the fibril tissue and necrosis.KEY WORDS Adrenal cortex carcinoma Ultrasonography Pathology更多还原
