【摘要】 目的： 探讨子宫腺肌病的病理形态学特征在声像图上的表现。方法： 应用经阴道超声 （ＴＶＵＳ） 彩色多普勒血流图 （ＣＤＦＩ） 和能量图 （ＣＤＥ） 显示子宫内膜和肌层。结果： ２０ 例术前ＴＶＵＳ与术后对照， 超声诊断符合率９０％ ， 其中Ⅰ级 ８ 例、Ⅱ级７ 例、Ⅲ级５ 例。结论： 经阴道彩色多普勒血流显像术能够完整地显示子宫内膜的形态和血管纹理， 从而为腺肌病的诊断奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the pathomorphologys features of the uterine adenomyosis reflected by ultrasonography.Methods:Using transvaginal ultrasound(TVUS) color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)and color Doppler energy(CDE)to detect the focus on endometrium and myometrium.Results:Comparing the preoperative TVUS diagnoses,the postoperative samples and pathologic diagnosis of the 20 cases,over all conformation rate is 90%.I grade were 8 cases.Ⅱ grade were 7 cases,Ⅲ grade were 5 cases.Conclusion:TVUS can intactly reflect the pattern and blood grain of the endometrium,it can be regarded as the foundation for adenomyosis diagnosis.更多还原
