【摘要】 本研究旨在描述联合国儿童基金会7个项目县5岁以下儿童死亡状况并分析与儿童死亡有关的家庭及社会因素。研究结果表明:项目地区5岁以下儿童死亡率为97.51‰,婴儿死亡率为74.23‰,婴儿占5岁以下儿童死亡的76.1%;急性呼吸道感染(肺炎)和腹泻病分别列为死因的第一和第三位;74.8%的5岁以下儿童死亡发生在家中或就诊途中。家长文化程度、儿童母亲的卫生保健知识及以乡为单位的人均收入为影响5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to describe mortality of children under 5 years old and analysis its family and social determinants in seven UNICEF project counties. The results show that the mortality rate of children under 5 years old is 90. 1‰ and infant mortality rate is 68. 8‰ in project areas. Infant mortality accounts for 76. 1% of mortality of children under 5 years old . Acute Respiratory Inflammation (Pneumonia) and diarrhea disease are the first and third cause of children mortality respectively. 74. 2% of children death happens in children’s family or on the way to hospital. Parents education level, mothers’ child care knowledge and township level per capita income are major determinants of mortality of children under 5 years old.更多还原
