【摘要】 对山东省８６ 个县区的保健保偿情况进行了分析，目的在于摸清山东省保健保偿的覆盖率，分析影响保健保偿覆盖率的因素。结果显示，目前保健保偿覆盖率以县为单位占３８４％ 。覆盖率的高低与经济水平有关（χ２＝ ７７４３， Ｐ ＜ ００５），经济水平高，覆盖率也相对较高。政府领导对保健保偿制的认识水平及与计划生育部门配合的是否好对保健保偿覆盖率的高低有显著影响。建议提高认识，大力推行妇幼保健保偿制；政府应加强对保健保偿制的政策支持，搞好各部门之间的协调，共同为妇女儿童健康服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 To analyze on the mother and infant health situation of shandong province in 86 county and division.The aim is to find out the cover rate and analyze the effect factors.The results show that the cover rate of maternal and infant health care that county is as unit was 38 4%.The height of cover rate is correlate with economical level(χ 2=7 743,P<0 05).The economical level is high,the cover rate is high correlatively.The government leaders’ cognizance level on maternal and infant health care system and the cooperation with birth control department is good or not effect the cover rate evidently.Basing on the results,it is suggested that raising the cognizance,carrying out maternal and infant health care system.government should strength the support on the system,coordinate between the departments,service for maternal and child health together.更多还原
