【摘要】 加强学科建设是强化妇幼保健院内涵建设、促进妇幼保健院持续发展的重要举措。应根据妇幼保健院的功能，结合本院实际，认真研究本地区社会医疗保健需求，有重点地规范各科室设置。人才是学科发展的第一要素，要加强人才培养和人才梯队建设；适当的医疗设备、设施是学科发展的物质基础，应多渠道筹集资金，不断改善妇幼保健院各学科的条件。对各个学科应进行科学化、规范化管理，瞄准学科前沿水平，不断地提高妇幼保健技术水平；二级学科建设可使学科学术水平向深层次发展，应予充分重视；要充分利用妇幼保健网络在学科发展中的双向支持作用。妇幼保健各学科有自身的特色和独立发展的空间，在“以健康为中心”的２１ 世纪，将更具良好的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strength subject instruction is the important measure to strength MCH hospital instruction and improve the continued development of MCH hsopital.It should be done that according to MCH hospital function to unit the hospital actual situation,research the need of the division social medical health care earnestly,standardize every departments installation stress.Talent is the first essential factor of subject development,should strength talent’s culture and echelon instruction,the suitable medical equipment is the real basis of subject development,should raise fund in many ways,improve the situation of MCH hospital subject continuously.It should be done to made scientific,standardization organization of every subject,aim at the ahead level of subject,strength the MCH technical level continuously.The 2nd level subject instruction can make subject academic level to deep degree and should be attached fully.The two direction support action of maternal and child health care net in the subject development should be used fully.Maternal and child health care subjects have the self feature and the space to develop independently,in 21 century,“Health is center”,it will have better development foreground.更多还原
