【摘要】 目的评价环丙氟哌酸（ＣＰＦＸ）对多耐药肺结核（ＭＤＲＰＴＢ）的近远期疗效。方法５１例ＭＤＲＰＴＢ患者分为两组：２６例应用６ＣＨＥＴＨＴ／６ＣＨＴＨＴ方案治疗，２５例采用６ＨＥＴＨＴ／６ＨＴＨＴ方案治疗。结果疗程结束时，治疗组痰菌阴转率（７６９％）明显高于对照组（２８０％）（Ｐ＜００１）；经三年随访，治疗组和对照组细菌学复发率分别为１００％和５７１％，两组间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００５）。结论ＣＰＥＸ是治疗ＭＤＲＰＴＢ的较为有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy with ciprofloxacin on multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR PTB).Method 51 cases with MDR PTB were allocated at random to two groups.26 cases were treated with the regimen of 6 CHETHT/6CHETHT.25 cases were treated with the regimen of 6HETHT/6HTHT.Result At the end of treatment,the rates of sputum negative conversion in the treatment group(76 9%) were higher than that in the control group(28 0%)( P <0 01).During three year follow up,the bacteriological relapase rates were found to be 10 0% in treatment group and 57 1% in control group.Comparing the two groups,there was an obvious difference( P <0 05).Conclusion CPFX was an effective drugs in treating patients with MDR PTB.更多还原
