【摘要】 目的：总结颈非甲状腺肿块特点，以期有利于诊断水平的提高。方法：将1981年1月～1997年1月间，经病理确诊的1166例非甲状腺肿块住院病人的性别、年龄、发病时限、肿块性质进行统计及分析。结果：颈部非甲状腺肿块中，恶性肿瘤、炎性肿块及先天性肿块三类患者的性别、平均年龄、肿块出现的平均时限与国内外学者统计相近。结论：颈部非甲状腺肿块诊断一般不难，根据其临床特点及病理分型结合先进的辅助检查，可为临床诊断提供可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the features of non - thyrogenous masses of the neck in order to improve the diagnosis of the masses. Methods: A series of 1,166 hospitalized cases between January 1981 and January 1997 were studied. Their sex, age, time of onset and the property of masses were reviewed and analyzed.Results: Among all the non - thyrogenous masses of the neck, the sex, average age, time of onst of malignant tumor inflammatory masses and congenital masses were close to those reported by international learners. Conclusion: With the help of the clinical characteristics and pathological types in combination with modern auxilia-ry examinations, which provide a re1iable foundation for clinical diagnosis,the diagnosis of non - thyrogenous masses of the neck becomes less difficult.更多还原
