聚合物/盐系统中BSA分配系数的测定和关联
Measurement and correlation of partition coefficients of BSA in aqueous two phase PEG/salts systems
【摘要】 测定了２５℃时牛血清清蛋白（ＢＳＡ）在不同分子量的聚乙二醇／无机盐（聚乙二醇／硫酸铵和聚乙二醇／磷酸钾）双水相系统中的分配系数．用改进的Ｄｉａｍｏｎｄ－Ｈｓｕ模型关联了ＢＳＡ在上述双水相系统中的分配系数，结果表明，对Ｄｉａｍｏｎｄ－Ｈｓｕ模型的改进是有效的，关联结果与实验值符合良好．
【Abstract】 Partition coefficients of BSA in polyethylene glycol (PEG)/salt aqueous two phase systems,PEG/(NH 4) 2SO 4 and PEG6000/K 3PO 4,were measured at 298.2K.Based on the modified Diamond Hsu model,partition coefficients of BSA in PEG/salt aqueous two phase systems were correlated.It was found that the correlation of the experimental data was quite satisfactory.
