无机盐溶胶-凝胶法制备Al2O3/PSZ复合陶瓷及其力学性能研究
Al2O3/PSZ composites with interpenetrating structures and high mechanical properties via inorganic precursors
【摘要】 以硝酸盐为原料,采用sol-gel法制备出均匀的Al2O3/Y-PSZ复合粉体,经热压得到一组具有超细晶粒的两相互渗结构复相陶瓷,其中Y2O3 含量为1.5% 的试样强度和断裂韧性分别达到1 540 MPa和15.5 MPa·m 1/2.
【Abstract】 Homogeneous composites powders of Al\-2O\-3/ZrO\-2 were synthesized via Nitrate Precursors and a group of ceramics with fine grain sizes and interpenetrating structures were obtained by hot\|pressing.The strength and toughness were 1 540 MPa and 15.5 MPa·m\+\{1/2\} respectively for the sample containing 1.5% Y\-2O\-3.
