【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new kind of humidity sensors with double cylinderical capacitance. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, we adopt reference measurement and temperature compensation. In addition, microprocessor is used in the signal processing. The obvious advantage of this sensor is its fast response, high resolution, good stability, small hysteresis and its high accuracy. The temperature can be displayed also.更多还原
