【Abstract】 The Chinese Government and relevant departments have noticed that special education of disabled children is a system project of the whole society which requires the support and assistance from all walks of life.The principles of establishing a community network for disabled children,and relevant policies and legislations to promote such community network have been stipulated in the documents for special education and rehabilitation issued by our Government.Meantime,some cities and rural areas have enthusiastically tried out community network to carry out special education.更多还原
