结构振动主动控制中传感器故障的在线检测

【摘要】 研究了在未知持续激励下结构振动主动控制系统的状态观测与传感器故障的在线检测。根据采用传感器的不同,提出了采用位移或速度传感器和加速度传感器两种情况下状态观测器的设计方法,并以此为基础,进一步提出了以观测器输出和传感器测量之差与观测器输出的比值作为表征传感器故障的参量,通过均值检验与概率检验来判定传感器故障及其类型的传感器故障在线检测方法。最后,以某型号直升机机身减振为例,验证了所提出方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 The paper deals with the observer design and on line detection of sensor fault in active control system for structural vibration induced by unknown excitations. Two approaches of designing observers are presented. One of them is suitable for the case of using displacement sensors or velocimeters, the other for accelerameters. The fault detection based on the designed observers is also studied. Relative errors of observer outputs and sensor measurements are defined as the characteristic variables of sensor faults. By the mean value check and the probability check, sensor faults are detected and classified. The feasibility of the presented method is evaluated by an example of vibration reduction for helicopter fuselage.
