【摘要】 目的　对中国预防医科院环境研究所负责起草的《居住区大气中氟化物卫生检验标准方法—滤膜采样及离子选择电极法》中有关空气样品分析测定方法部分进行验证。方法　严格按照该标准方法中的步骤进行缓冲液性能、方法精密度和准确度以及洗脱效率实验。结果　精密度实验，变异系数在０４０％ 左右；加标回收实验，回收率为９５．９１％ ～９８．３８％ ；洗脱效率均值９７２７％ 。结论　该标准方法的精密度、回收率及洗脱效率高，能准确地测定大气中氟化物的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To test the feasibility of the Standard M ethod for Hygienic Exam ina tion of Fluoride in Air of Residential Areas by filter sam pling and ion selective electrode. M ethods The standard m ethod w as strictly repeated step by step according to the procedure in it,includingthe test of capability of T I S A B,preciision,accuracy and the efficiency of w ashing. Results In theprecsion test,the coefficient of variation is obout 0.40 percent;in the test of recovery,the rate ofrecovery is from 95.91 percent to 98.38 percent;the average efficiency of w ashing is 97.27 per┐cent. Conclusions The precision,recovery rate and the efficiency of w ahing of the standard m ethodare so high that it can accuratly determ ine the fluoride concentration in the air.[更多还原
