【Abstract】 The mechanism of inhibition of Na~+, K~+-ATPase by cheiranthoside G was studied. Characteristics of its inhibitory action of Na~+, K~+-ATPase were compared with those of ouahain. Results indicated that cheiranthoside G was a noncompetitive inhibitor with respect to Na+,K+, and the effect was dose dependent.
