【摘要】 从羽叶千里光Ｓｅｎｅｃｉｏ ａｒｇｕｎｅｎｓｉｓ Ｔｕｒｃｚ．地上部分首次分得 ６种黄酮类成分，经理化反应和光谱数据鉴定为槲皮素（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ， Ｉ），异鼠李素－３－Ｏ－β－Ｄ半乳糖苷（ｉｓｏｒｈａｍｎｅｔｉｎ－３－Ｏ－βＤ－ｇａｌａｃｔｏｓｉｄｅ， Ⅱ），山奈酚－３－Ｏ－βＤ－半乳糖苷（ｋａｅｍｐｆｅｒｏｌ－３－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－ｇａｌａｃｔｏｓｉｄｅ， Ⅱ），槲皮素一３－Ｏ－βＤ－半乳糖苷（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ－３－Ｏ－βＤ－ｇａｌａｃｔｏｓｉｄｅ， Ⅳ），槲皮素５－Ｏ－β－Ｄ葡萄糖苷（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ－５－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－ｇｌｕｃｏｓｉｄｅ， Ｖ），异鼠李素３－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－葡萄糖醛酸苷（ｉｓｏｒｈａｍｎｅｔｉｎ－３－Ｏ－β－Ｄ－ｇｌｕｃｕｒｏｎｉｄｅ， Ⅵ）。其中 Ｖ为千光里属中首次分得的５位连糖的黄酮苷；Ⅵ为该属中首次分得的糖醛酸类化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the aerial part of Senecio argunensis Turcz., 6 flavonoids were isolated by chromatography and identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data, as quercetin (I ), isorhamnetin-3-O-β D-galactoside(Ⅱ),kaempferol -3-O-β-Dgalactoside(Ⅲ),quercetin-3-O-βD-galactoside(Ⅳ),quercetin-5- O-β-D-glucoside(V),and isorhammetin-3-D-glucuronide(Ⅳ)Compound V was the first first flavone gly- coside with the sugar moiety at the C-5 position ,and compound Ⅵwas the first flavone glucuronide isolated from Senecio L.更多还原
