【摘要】 从豆科植物厚果鸡血藤Ｍｉｌｌｅｔｔｉａ ｐａｃｈｙｃａｒｐａ Ｂｅｎｔｈ，根部分离出多种结晶性成分，其中 ２个成分经鉴定为５－甲氧基－７，８－呋喃骈黄酮（４Ｈ－ｆｕｒｏ［２，３－ｈ］－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，５－ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ－２－ｐｈｅｎｙｌ）（ Ｖ）， ２’， ３， ６－三甲氧基－７， ８一呋喃骄黄 Ｍ（ ４Ｈ－ｆｕｒｏ［ ２， ３－ｈ］－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ． ３－ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ－２－（２’，６’ｄｉｍｅｔｈｏｘｖｐｈｅｎｙｌ）（Ⅵ），其中化合物Ｖ首次从该植物中分离得到，Ⅵ为一新化合物，命名为厚果鸡血藤乙素（Ｐａｃｈｙｃａｒｉｎ Ｂ）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several crystalline compounds were isolated from the root of Millettia pachycarpa Benth.. On the basis of chemical evidences and spectral data, two of them were indentified as: 4H-furo-[2, 3-h]-1- benzopyran- 4-one, 5-methoxy-2-phenyl (V ) and 4H-furo-[2, 3-h]-l-benzopyran-4-one, 3-methoxy-2-(2’, 6’ -dimethoxyphenyl) (Ⅵ ).
