【摘要】 首次对紫色悬钩子 Ｒｕｂｕｓ 　ｉｒｒｉｔａｎｓ Ｆｏｃｋｅ和菰帽悬钩子Ｒ． ｐｉｌｅａｔｕｓ Ｆｏｃｋｅ的化学成分进行了研究。从其地上部分的乙醇提取物经各种柱层析方法分离纯化分别得到６个和５个化合物，运用光谱方法和与标准品对照分别鉴定为：２α，３β，１９α－三羟基乌索－１２－烯－２８－酸（Ⅰ），２α，３β，１９α，２３－四羟基乌索－１２－烯－２８－酸（Ⅱ），２α，３β，１９α，２３－四羟基齐墩果－１２－烯－２８－酸（Ⅲ），２α，３β，１９α，２４－四羟基乌索－１２－烯－２８－酸（Ⅳ），３β，１９α－二羟基乌索－１２－烯－２４，２８－二酸（Ⅴ），乌索酸（Ⅵ），齐墩果酸（Ⅶ），卜胡萝卜苷（Ⅷ）和β－Ｄ－（－）－吡喃果糖（Ⅸ）。这些化合物均为首次从该两种植物中分得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six and five compounds have been isolated respectively from Purple Raspberry (Rubus irritans Focke) and Cap form Raspberry (Rubus pileatus Focke). Based on chemical and spectral evidences, or by comparison with authentic samples, the structures of these compounds were elucidated as 2α, 3β, 19α- trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-cio acid (Ⅰ), 2α, 3β, 19α, 23-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅱ),2α, 3β, 19α, 23tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-cio acid(Ⅲ), 2α, 3β, 19α, 24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-acid (Ⅳ),3β　19α dihydroxyurs-12-en-24, 28-dioic acid(Ⅴ), uroslic acid (Ⅵ) , oleanolic acid (Ⅶ), daucosterol(Ⅷ), and β－ Dpyranofructose (Ⅸ).
