【摘要】 从豆科植物厚果鸡血藤 Ｍｉｌｌｅｔｔｉａ　 ｐａｃｈｙｃａｒｐａ根中分得多种结晶性成分，其中４个成分经鉴定分别为：β－谷甾醇（Ⅰ）、齐墩果酸（Ⅱ）、水黄皮素（ｋａｒａｎｊｉｎ，Ⅲ）、３，３’，４’－三甲氧基－７，８－呋喃骈黄酮［２－（３’，４’－ｄｉｍｅｔｈｏｘｙｐｈｅｎｙｌ）３－ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ－４Ｈ－ｆｕｒｏ（２，３－ｈ）－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，Ⅳ］。其中Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分得，Ⅳ为一新化合物，命名为厚果鸡血藤甲素（ｐａｃｈｙｃａｒｉｎ Ａ）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Several compounds were isolated from the root of Millettia pachycarpa Benth.. On the ba- sis of chemical evidence and spectral data, four of them were identified as: β－sitosterol (Ⅰ), oleanolic acid (Ⅱ), karanjin(Ⅲ),and 2- (3’, 4’-dimethoxyphenyl) 3-methoxy, 4H-furo (2, 3 -h) - 1 -benzopyran-4-one (Ⅳ). Compound Ⅳ is new and tentatively named as pachycarin A, and compound Ⅲ was isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
