厚果鸡血藤化学成分的研究(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 从豆科植物厚果鸡血藤 Millettia  pachycarpa根中分得多种结晶性成分,其中4个成分经鉴定分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、水黄皮素(karanjin,Ⅲ)、3,3’,4’-三甲氧基-7,8-呋喃骈黄酮[2-(3’,4’-dimethoxyphenyl)3-methoxy-4H-furo(2,3-h)-1-benzopyran-4-one,Ⅳ]。其中Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分得,Ⅳ为一新化合物,命名为厚果鸡血藤甲素(pachycarin A)。

【Abstract】 Several compounds were isolated from the root of Millettia pachycarpa Benth.. On the ba- sis of chemical evidence and spectral data, four of them were identified as: β-sitosterol (Ⅰ), oleanolic acid (Ⅱ), karanjin(Ⅲ),and 2- (3’, 4’-dimethoxyphenyl) 3-methoxy, 4H-furo (2, 3 -h) - 1 -benzopyran-4-one (Ⅳ). Compound Ⅳ is new and tentatively named as pachycarin A, and compound Ⅲ was isolated from this plant for the first time.
