【摘要】 本文从对评估的合理分类入手，得出政府评估与市场评估应该各司其职、合理分工的结论。即借鉴国外的作法：凡涉及公共利益的评估事项由政府管理，凡不涉及公共利益的评估事项由市场进行。这有利于扭转政府评估功能错位、越位现象及由此产生的寻租行为，有利于积极推进市场评估的社会化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Started with the classification of valuations, this paper reached a conclusion that govemment valuation and market valuation each should be in its function and should be into dmerent jobs divided rationally- Drawn lessons from other countries, the government manages all valuations that related to the public interests and the market conducts other valuations.
