青海东部气田酸化损害评价研究

【摘要】 青海东部气田属第四系气藏,成岩性差,岩层间以泥质胶结为主。台南5 井岩石X 射线衍射分析表明粘土含量20% ~30% ,以绿泥石、伊利石为主;薄片鉴定结果为:碎屑部分占75 % ,胶结部分占25 % ,胶结类型为充填—孔隙式胶结。通过室内化学酸敏实验,选用合适酸浓度范围为HCl7-5% ~10% ,HF2% ~4 % ,H3PO410%~15 % 。原子吸收光谱分析残酸离子浓度、铁离子浓度高,达3 500mg/L~4 000mg/L,酸化液中需加入防铁离子沉淀剂,以减少对地层渗透率的损害。

【Abstract】 Qinghai eastern gas field belongs to Quaternary gas reservoirs with poor diagenetic grade.Main formation cementation is muddy cementation.According to X-ray diffraction analysis,the cores of well Tainan 5 contain 20%~30% clay,mainly chlorite and grundite.The results of chip identification show rock has about 75% detritus and 25% cementation material.Cementation type is pack-pore cementation.Through acid sensitivity analysis,it is found suitable acid concentration is HCl 7 5%~10%,HF2%~4%,H 3PO 4 10%~15%.The ions content in residue acid are determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show F e 2+、3+ concentration in residue acid arrives 3500~4000mg/L. Anti-precipitation agent for F e 2+、3+ can decrease damage to formation permeability.
