【摘要】 目的和方法：利用改良的ＭＴＴ比色法测定ＣＴＬＬ２细胞增殖程度而确定ＩＬ－１５水平的方法，测定了２７例支气管哮喘急性发作期病人和４０例健康人外周血单核／巨噬细胞培养上清中ＩＬ－１５的分泌水平。结果：无论刺激与否，哮喘病人ＩＬ－１５水平均高于健康对照组，两组差异显著（Ｐ＜００５）。结论：哮喘病人外周血单核／巨噬细胞ＩＬ－１５的分泌水平异常可能参与了哮喘的发病更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM and METHODS: Interleukin (IL-15) is a newly described cytokine with an action similar to that of IL-2. In this study, the levels of IL-15 in the supernatants of LPS-stimulated (or not) monocytes/macrophages were examined in 27 patients with bronchial ashma at acute phase, and were compared with healthy controls. RESULTS:Signifcant elevation of IL-15 was observed in supernatants of monocytes/macrophages from patients with asthma as compared with that in normal individuals, whether LPS existed or not.CONCLUSION:IL-15 plays a role in asthma.更多还原
