【摘要】 目的认识皮肤Ｋａｐｏｓｉ肉瘤（ＫＳ）的临床病理表现及其与艾滋病的关系。方法用组织化学和免疫组织化学染色观察。结果研究了１０１例皮肤ＡＩＤＳ相关Ｋａｐｏｓｉ肉瘤，显示ＫＳ病变多见于下肢皮肤，常见于２０～４９岁男性患者，病理改变可分为斑、斑块及结节期。结论通过皮肤ＫＳ病变可以发现ＡＩＤＳ患者，免疫组化标记物第八因子相关抗原和波形蛋白有助于早期病变的诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To recognize clinical and pathologic appearances of Kaposi’s sarcoma (KS) and its relationship with AIDS.Methods The study was carried out by using the histochemical and immunohistochemical stainings.Result 101 cases of AIDS related KS were studied,KS lesion was most often in the skin of lower limbs and in 20～49 years old male patients.The pathological changes may be devided into patch,plaque and nodular stages.Conclusions AIDS patients can be found by the dermal KS lesion and it is useful to find the patients who suffered from early stage of AIDS by the detecting immunohistochemical markers of factor Ⅷ related antigen and vimentin.更多还原
