【摘要】 目的　开发新的皮肤替代物 ,探讨胶原蛋白对成纤维细胞的影响。方法　利用胶原蛋白制备基质网架 ,再植入成纤维细胞制出人工真皮。结果　成纤维细胞在网架内增殖不活跃 ,人工真皮收缩不明显。结论　这是一种较理想的皮肤替代物 ,胶原蛋白对成纤维细胞增殖有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To fabricate skin substitute and explore the effect of collagen on fibroblast.Methods Based on the achievement of dermal fibroblast culture methods,collagen sponge was made from type one collagen,artificial dermis fabricated by inoculating fibroblasts.Results Artificial dermis contrasted slightly by inoculating fabrication on matrix sponge and the fibroblast was not actively proliferating.Conclusion Artificial dermis is a ideal substitute of skin collagen has some regalative effect on fibroblast proliferation.更多还原
