【摘要】 采用水蒸气－氮气、水雾－氮气、真空蒸馏、有机溶剂等清洗方法，对从意大利拆迁的２条钠回路ＥＳＰＲＥＳＳＯ和ＣＥＤＩ的管道和某些设备、部件进行了清洗除钠。管道形状各异、管径不一、长度不等，管径从１．２７ｃｍ到２５．４ｃｍ，长度从０．５ｍ到９．１ｍ。被清洗的设备有电磁泵、冷阱，部件有钠蒸汽捕集器、不锈钢烧结陶瓷过滤器等。清洗除钠过程安全可靠，达到了预期效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sodium removal from LMFBR’s tubes, some equipments and components , such as electromagnetic pumps, sodium vapor traps, stainless steel sintered filters and cold traps of ESPRESSO and CEDI sodium loops served in Italy is carried out. The shape of the tubes are different each other, and the diameter of the tube ranges from 1.27 cm to 25.4 cm and their lengths are from 0.5 to 9.1 m. The nitrogen vapor process, nitrogen mist process, alcohol process and vacuum distillation methods are used for sodium removal. These processes are smooth and safe, and the cleaning result is satisfactory.更多还原
