【摘要】 目的：进一步探讨超声引导下微波介入治疗肝癌可行性和疗效。方法：应用 Ｕ Ｍ Ｃ－ Ⅰ超声引导微波治疗仪，对４３ 例中晚期肝癌进行了研究，采用分次多点多部位由深到浅低功率长时间分段凝固，输出功率３０～６０ Ｗ ，作用时间２００～１ ８００ ｓ。结果：所有病例治疗后肿块缩小，其中３ 例完全消失，肿块中央回声增强，周边呈低回声，境界清晰，肿瘤内血流消失或减少，１２ 例 Ｃ Ｔ 检查，肿块缩小，无强化，２３ 例超声引导下活检大片坏死。４３ 例均健在。随访最长 １２ 月，治疗后全身情况好转，症状减轻或消失，病人饮食明显增加（３３ 例）， Ａ Ｆ Ｐ和肝功能改善，生活质量提高。无严重并发症发生。结论：超声引导微波对中晚期肝癌的治疗有较好的疗效，安全实用，适于各期肝癌的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objevtive:To make a further study on the feasibility and therapeutic effect of US-guided percutaneous microwave coagulaion therapy for advanced liver cancer.Methods:The Ultrasound microwave therapy-Ⅰ(UMC-Ⅰ) equipment was utilized to treat 43 patients with advanced liver cancer,with multistage,multipoint,and long-time segmental coagulation from depth to surface, with an output of 30-60 w lasting 200-1800 s.Results:All patients remained alive during the 6-10 months follow-up. After the treatment, all lesions(nodules) decreased in size and blood flow in nodules disappeared. Repeated biopsy in 23 patients showed a complete tumor necrosis. There was no enhancement in the tumors on enhanced CT scans, AFP dropped. All patients were in a good condition. They showed relief or disappearance of symptom, significant increase in diet intake, improvement in AFP and liver function without serious complications.Conclusion:US-guided microwave is effective, safe and practical for the treatment of advanced liver cancer and of liver cancers at various stages.更多还原
