弱光对甜椒不同品种光合特性的影响

【摘要】 以4 个对光照强度敏感性不同的甜椒品种为试材, 分别给予100 % 、70 % 和35%光强处理。结果表明: 70 % 光强下甜椒产量显著提高, 植株净光合速率最高, 夜间呼吸速率最低。随光强的减弱, 甜椒的光补偿点降低, 而叶片叶绿素含量、捕光叶绿素a/b 蛋白复合体(LHCP) 含量增加。叶片低温荧光发射光谱显示, 反映激发能在两个光系统间分配情况的F686/F740 比值先下降后又升高。对弱光适应性强的品种具有较低的光补偿点和夜间呼吸速率;与正常光下相比, 弱光下其叶绿素和LHCP含量增加不显著, 而F686/F740 比值增幅较大。

【Abstract】 In this study,four cultivars of sweet pepper( Capsicum frutescens L.var. grossum Bailey)were cultivated under three levels of light intensity which were 100%,70% and 35% of the natural light intensity respectively.The results showed that the fruit yield,net photosynthetic rate were the highest and the night respiratory rate was the lowest under 70% light intensity.As the light intensity decreased,the light compensation point declined;the chlorophyll contents and LHCP relative contents increased;the F 686 /F 740 ratio of low temperature fluorescence emission in leaves firstly declined then ascended.Under low light intensity,there were lower light compensation point and night respiratory rate,less increasing contents of chlorophyll and LHCP in the low light tolerance cultivar,while the F 686 /F 740 ratio was changed obviously.
