汽轮机叶片静态和动态应力的三维有限元分析

【摘要】 提出了一种三维实体混合单元模型来分析汽轮机叶片静态和动态应力。考虑到转动叶片的刚性变化,静应力的计算采用了非线性方法,在分析叶片的动频后,应用模态迭加法计算了叶片的响应,得到了叶片的动态应力。从文中的实际叶片算例可以看出,所提供的分析模型可以精确直观地反映叶片的静态和动态应力状况,为工程中实际叶片的固有频率和静动应力分析提供了强有力的工具

【Abstract】 A three dimensional solid mixed element model which is used to analyze the static and dynamic stress of turbine blades has been developed in this paper. Because of the stiffness change of rotating blade, a nonlinear numerical calculation method is proved to calculate the static stress. On the basis of dynamic frequency, the Mode Iteration Method is used to calculate the response of blade, and the dynamic stress of blade is obtained also. From the numerical results of a real blade, we come to the conclusion that the model and calculation method proved in this paper can calculate the dynamic frequency precisely, specify the static and dynamic stress field precisely and audio visually, and can be used as a practice tool to analyze dynamic frequency and static & dynamic stress of real blade.
