延长千瓦级CO2激光器工作气体使用时间
The Prolongation of the Using Time for Working Gas of kW Level CO2 Laser
【摘要】 JK-13型2kW横流式CO2激光器,在每天漏气速率为0.4kPa~0.53kPa的条件下,采用排气逐步降低工作气压和更新部分工作气体的方法,工作气体使用时间达500h以上,激光器的输出功率平均为1.6kW,电光转换效率平均为 15%,工作气体还能继续使用。
【Abstract】 When the rate of gas leak was 0.4kpa-0.53kpa per day, Lizing progressively decreasing the working gas pressure and replacing the partial working gas,the working gas can be used more than 500h using JK - 13 across - flow CW 2kW CO2 laser. An average output power of 1.6kW and an average efficiency of electro - optic conversion of 15% can be obtained, and the working gas can also be kept on using.
