光束半径测量方法对拉盖尔-高斯光束束宽及M~2因子的影响

【摘要】 根据二阶矩法、刀口扫描法、可变光阑法对光束束宽的定义,计算了二阶矩法中所有M~2≤8的拉盖尔-高斯光束的半径及相应的M~2因子的值,对所得结果进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 According to the methods proposed by ISO the beamwidth of a laser beam can be calculated using the diameter that passes 86.5% of the total energy of the beam, the knife edge and the second moment methods of beamwidth measurement. For all Laguerre - Gaussian modes whose M~2 calculated with the second moment method were less then or equal to 8, the beamwidths and beam quality factors were calculated and the results were discussed.
