【Abstract】 This paper reports a fast axial flow CO₂ laser designed by our own and the experimental result,discusses some concerned problems with the designing. The optical resonant cavity of the laser is a three-time-folded half-symmetric one with an output coupler of transmissivity of 72% made of GaAs,the maximum output power of 2530w and efficiency of 24% were reached.更多还原
