【Abstract】 A device for analyzing mark contrast was designed in this paper and carbon steel marked by a Q - switched Nd: YAG laser was analyzed. In experiments of laser marking,three vital factors of a Q - switched Nd:YAG laser were chosen as control factors,e. g. pulse frequency, electric current used for laser beam generation and traverse speed of laser beam. The relationship between control factors and mark contrast has beed obtained. Furthermore, energy deflection spectrum(EDS) of mark shows the contact between mark contrast and oxidation of material.更多还原
