微乳液反应法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯超细粒子
Preparation of Ultrafine Poly(methyl methacrylate) Particles by Microemulsion Reaction
【摘要】 在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)~环己烷/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)/水体系的O/W微乳液中,制备了粒径约21um、平均聚合度为340的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯超细颗粒.研究了影响粒子形态和大小的因素.
【Abstract】 Ultrafine particles of poly(methyl methacrylate) with diameter of about 21 um and average DP of 340(by GPC) were prepared from the oil-in-water microemulsion of methyl-methyl-metha-cylate-cyclohexane/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide/water system. The factors infiuencing the shapes and sizes of the Polymer particles have been investigated.
