淡黄杜鹃植物挥发油化学成分的研究

【摘要】 利用毛细管气相色谱保留指数定性、标准样品叠加和色谱质谱计算机联用技术,对淡黄杜鹃植物挥发油的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,共鉴定出单萜烃18个、倍半萜烃41个,并测得了各化合物的相对含量,其主要成分是:β蒎烯、α蒎烯、乙酸冰片酯、柠檬烯、β榄香烯、香桧烯、香茅醇和月桂烯

【Abstract】 The chemical constituents of the essential oil from Rhododendron flavidum Franch were not reported before. The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation. After dehydration, the total essential oil was analyzed by capillary gas chromatography and determined by two kinds of fused silica capillary columns of OV 101 and OV 17. The chemical constituents of the essential oil were identified by means of the retention index of capillary gas chromatogryaphy, authentic sample addition process and the GC MS DS. The quantity was fixed by chromatograph LCI 100 with area normalization method. 18 monoterpenes and 41 sesquiterpenes were identified and their relative contents were determined. The main constituents were: β pinene (24 122%), α pinene (18 386%), borynyl acetate (12 652%), limonene (8.225%), β elemene (3.081%), sabinene (2.865%), citronellol (2.426%), myrcene (2.325%), γ terpinene (1.625%), acoradiene(1.623%), p cymene(1.366%) and terpineol 4(1.265%).
