【Abstract】 The infrared spectra of pure cultures and exopolysacchatide from four new groups of rhizobia were recorded and analysed. The results showed that the feature bands of the spectra were demonstrated in the special spectrum regions. The spectrum features of the pure cultures may be used to identify rhizobia. The spectrum features of exopolysacchatide were not clearly related with the results of numerical taxonomy of rhizobia.更多还原
