【Abstract】 Archives and informatics play increasingly important roles in: effectiveness and efficiency impuovement and perfection; feasibility analyses and demonstration of ideas, projects, programs, with the aim to achieve good social and economic benefits; filling theoretical and practical expertise gaps by providing information when requred and in suitable forms; reduction of duplication, rework, and waste; formation of the fourth category of resources other than human , financial, and material resources; development of new knowledges on the bases of theoretical and information explorations; translation of selected research achievements into productive forces and substantial benefits.更多还原
