【摘要】 根据国家城市卫生服务体系改革的原则及对基层医院和大医院的功能定位,分析大型综合医院在社区医疗服务中的作用。指出大型综合医院应加强与城市基层医院的联系,建立全科医生培训基地,为社区医疗服务输送适用人才,建立切实可行的转诊制度,成为社区医疗服务的坚强后盾,提高社区医疗服务的质量和水平,促进社区医疗服务的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In accordance with the principles of health service system reforms, large - sized general hospitals, besides the provision of tertiary medical care, take active measures to contribute more substantially to community health services: create conditions for increasing partnership, collaboration, synergic action; provide continuous training for general practitioners and other members in primary health care(PHC) at large, so that they remain in touch with the spread of new medical progress featuring cost - effectiveness and efficiency; develop the needed guidance for selection of relevant technology and therapies, for evolutionary review and adaptation of what does not fit in the present conditions; establish and improve two - way referral relations, with aid of which various levels of health institutions better and more fully provide services consistent with their function and role within the health system; with joint efforts, appropriately balance medical care coverage needs and readjust application of the basic economic model of supply and demand.更多还原
