应用计算机技术合理调配护理人力资源的研究

【摘要】 文章阐述了进行“科学合理地利用与分配护理人力资源”研究的科研设计思路与研究方法,并且对研究成果实施于临床护理人员调配的管理进行了可行性评估,认为该项管理方法应用于我国大城市的大医院是可行的。目前这种管理方法是我们让有限的劳动力资源发挥出最大效益的一种行之有效的调配方法,能真正做到根据病人需求的护理工作量来合理调配护士资源,从根本上解决传统的经验管理劳动力调配所带来的“人浮于事”或“超负荷运转”两个极端的弊病。
【Abstract】 Improvement and perfection of computer - assisted management of nursing services are discussed to explore: how to record, analyse, sort out patients ’ demands and the ways of meeting such demands, in formulas that allow more scope for breadth and depth and at the same time are convenient for clinical use; allocative efficiency requiring that the technologies, equipment, supplies, and others applied are limited to those which are considered to possess proven values on the basis of concrete cases’ vast information stored and analysed with the aid of computer; managed care that integ rates the payment and delirery of health care products and services to consumers in an effort to deliver highest quality services at lowest possible cost; synergetic effects that may be achieved if appropriate nursing services are allocaed at right time to right cases; other measures for solving or preventing possible problems of having more hands than actually used and at the same time some members being over - load working in traditional practice of personnel management.
