【摘要】 对1988～1997年中国医院床位利用情况进行了统计分析,结果是:病床使用率呈下降趋势,病床周转次数减少,出院者平均住院日缩短;级别高的医院,病床使用率较高,病床周转次数较少,出院者平均住院日较长。应采取如下对策:(1)严格控制医院床位数的增长;(2)使医疗费用上涨速度接近于物价指数的上涨;(3)发展社区卫生服务;(4)提高卫生技术人员素质,是提高医院医疗服务效率的关键;(5)加强与完善医院管理,继续缩短出院者平均住院日。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation showed a declining trend in the period 1988 - 1997, of each of hospital bed utility rate, bed occupancy turnover rate, and average hospital stay in China, though with somewhat higher bed - utility rate in higher levels of hospital than in other hospitals; and recommend these measures: (1) strictly control the increase in hospital bed quantity, (2) approximate the going up rate of medical expenses to that of price index, (3)develop community health services, (4)improve the quality of health services professionals, as a kek link for raising hospital services efficiency, (5) strengthen and perfect the management of hospitals.更多还原
