【Abstract】 Hsopital services development and correlation factors are researched from a number of dimensions: health services as one of important factors constantly driving mankind forward play a remarkably constructive role for the fast rising global knowledge economy; the needs for successful doctors to be professionally competent and responsible stimulate their following and participating in medical theoretical advances to guide clinical practices for cost - effective and efficient utilization of available service resources; assessing average doctors who impress one with their wide knowledge about modern scientific and technological progresses, people can hardly imagine that they mainly used relatively traditional healing means only 20 years ago; the spiral upgrading of management systems at macro and micro levels need to constantly expand what are advantageous and suitable and readjust what are not, so as to effectively promote the development of medical productive forces; good quality services as the essential purpose and test of multifactorial efforts need to be broadened and deepened through continuous exploration of new theories, new practices, new advances which are more representative of the changing times.更多还原
