叶下珠中新多酚化合物的分离与鉴定
ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF A NOVEL POLYPHENOLIC COMPOUND FROM PHYLLANTHUS URINARIA
【摘要】 目的:研究植物药叶下珠(PhylanthusurinariaL.)的化学成分。方法:用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,经MS,1H,13CNMR和HMBC光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:分得4个多酚类化合物,其结构分别鉴定为1O没食子酰基3,6六羟基联苯二甲酰基2,4去羟甲基诃子酰基吡喃葡糖(I),焦酚(pyrogalol,I),咖啡酸(cafeicacid,II)和(brevifolincarboxylicacid,IV)。结论:化合物I为一新的鞣花单宁(命名为phylanthusinU),I,II,IV为首次从该植物中分得。
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the chemical constituents the medicinal plant Phyllanthus urinaria L. METHODS: The constituents were separated and purified by using various chromatographies. The structural elucidation of the compounds were based on the analysis of their MS, 1H & 13 CNMR and HMBC spectra. RESULTS: Four polyphenolic compounds were obtained from P.urinaria and their structures were identified as: 1 O galloyl 3,6 O HHDP 2,4 O dehydroxymethyl chebuloyl β D glucopyranose (I), pyrogallol (II), caffeic acid (III) and brevifolincarboxylic acid (IV). CONCLUSION: Compound I was found to be a novel ellagitannin, named phyllanthusiin U, and II~IV were isolated from this plant for the first time.
