鱼腥草提取液抗流感、腮腺炎病毒效果观察

【摘要】 为了解中草药鱼腥草抗甲、乙型流感病毒和流行性腮腺炎病毒的效果,将鱼腥草的3种提取物分别在体外细胞上进行抗病毒实验.以抑制细胞病变作为实验药物对病毒起作用的判断标准.实验结果:鱼腥草挥发油对甲、乙型流感病毒和腮腺炎病毒均呈现一定的抑制效果,最低有效浓度(相当于含生药)分别为4.5mg/ml、2.25mg/ml和14mg/ml;鱼腥草乙酸乙酯提取物抑制甲、乙型流感病毒的最低有效浓度分别为3mg/ml和0.75mg/ml,但该提取物对腮腺炎病毒无抑制作用.鱼腥草水提取物对3种实验病毒均不起作用.此结果表明,鱼腥草中含有至少两种以上抗病毒活性因子,且其作用机制可能不同.

【Abstract】 Antiviral effects were studied in three types extracted from Houtturnia Coradta Thurb on influenza virus A and B,Mumps virus (IFVA,IFVB,MPV) Antiviral effect of the herb drug is evaluated on the basis of cytopathogenic effect. The results showed that the volatile oil can clearly inhibit the replication of IFVA、IFVB and MPV. The lowest antiviral concentration is 4.5mg/ml,2.25mg/ml and 14mg/ml respectively. Antiviral effect increased with the increasing of drug concentration. The lowest inhibitory concentration of ethyl acetate extracts on IFVA、IFVB arc 3mg/ml and 0. 75mg/ml respectively. Inhibitory effect on MPV was not observed. The part extracted by water has no inhibitory effect on three kinds of viruses. The result also suggested that there are at least two kinds of antiviral active agents in Houttarnia Cordta Thurb and the mechanism may be different.
