【摘要】 对武汉市 10 84名 12～ 16岁青春期女性的性生理、性心理、性知识的掌握程度及需求进行了调查分析。结果表明 :少女的平均初潮年龄为 12 . 5岁 ,初潮时有部分少女感到害羞、紧张害怕。在经期有各种症状的占 83. 6 %。 2 . 76 %的少女有手淫行为。自述有外阴瘙痒症的占 6 . 9%。随年龄增长 ,少女希望与异性交往的比例增加。但她们在性知识上还存在明显不足 ,一些少女经常为性问题所困扰。 6 8%的少女表示希望能获得青春期性生理、心理方面的知识。因此 ,在青春期女性中开展性健康教育 ,使其掌握科学的性知识已是当务之急更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey on status of sexual physiology and mentality, sexual knowledge and its needs was conducted among 1084 puburty females aged 12~16 years in wuhan. The results indicated that the average age of menarche is 12 5 years old. Some young girls were shy and nervous when they menstruate for the first time. 83 6% of them have menstrual disorders. 2 76% had the behavior of masturbation. The incidence of vaginal itch is 6 9%. The ratio is increased with ages that the girls hope to associate with boys. But their sexual knowledge is limited. Some of them are puzzled by sexual problem sometimes. 68% of them said they hope to acquire knowledge on sexual physiology and sexual psychology. Therefore it is necessary to carry out sexual health education among puburty females.更多还原
