【摘要】 通过损伤兔眼浅层角膜,感染金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌造成角膜炎动物模型;考察妥布霉素滴眼液的治疗作用。结果表明:妥布霉素滴眼液对金黄色葡萄球菌及绿脓杆菌感染的兔角膜炎具有较好的治疗作用,尤其对于绿脓杆菌感染的兔角膜炎,其作用明显优于硫酸庆大霉素滴眼液。更多还原

【Abstract】 An animal model for Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aureginosa keratitis was established by injuring the superfical cornea of rabbit. This experiment evaluated the antibacterial effects of Tobramycin eyedrops. The results showed that Tobramycin eyedrops had an obvious threapeutic effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas keratitis, expecially the therapeutic effects of Tobramycin eyedrops in Pseadomonas keratitis were more efficacious than those of Gentamycin sulfate eyedrops.更多还原
