甲氰咪胍对门静脉高压症犬血液动力学的影响

【摘要】 为探讨甲氰咪(?)对门静脉高压症血液动力学的影响,应用胆总管结扎法,制咸犬实验性肝硬变门静脉高压症模型,观察静脉注射甲氰味(?)后其肝脏及全身血液动力学指标的变化。结果显示:用药后自由门静脉压、肝静脉楔入压、肝静脉压力梯度及门静脉阻力均呈同步下降,门静脉血流量及全肝血流量轻度增多,肝动脉血流量、平均动脉压、下腔静脉压均无明显变化。表明甲氰咪胍可通过降低门静脉阻力降低门静脉压力,而对肝脏血流及体循环无不良影响。

【Abstract】 To explore the effects of cimetidine on the hemodynamics of portal hypertension, we used common bile duct ligation to make experimental canine models of cirrhotic portal hypertension, then observed the changes of indices of hepatic and systemic hemodynamics of the models after intravenous injection of cimetidine. The results showed that after the injection, free portal pressure, wedge hepatic venous pressure, hepatic venous pressure gradient and portal venous resistance all decreased synchronously, portal venous flow and total hepatic flow in creased slightly,hepatic arterial flow, mean arterial pressure and inferior vena cava pressure did not change significantly. It suggests that cimetidine may reduce portal pressure by reducing portal resistance and it has no bad effects on the hepatic and systemic circulation.
