【Abstract】 The purified water soluable polysaccharide from Rhizoma Dioscoreae Opposite (RP) was prepared by extraction and separation.And the antiaging effects of the purified RP i.p.on mice were observed. The results showed that the activities of GSH Px in brain and liver, catalase in heart, superoxide dismutase in brain and Na +/K + ATPase in brain were increased and the activity of monoamine oxidase B and the levels of lipid peroxidase and lipofuscin in liver were decreased in RP group.更多还原
