【摘要】 目的··:进一步确认氨酚待因Ⅱ号片(安度芬)的镇痛效果、不良反应及其与用药剂量的关系,以便更好地指导临床用药。方法··:采用无对照开放试验进行100例扩大临床验证。通过滴定期内每日剂量的调整,寻找癌症患者24h内不疼或基本不疼的给药方案。结果··:只要用药剂量调整到位,中度疼痛均能完全缓解,未发现明显不良反应。通过调整后的日剂量与用药前的疼痛强度呈正相关;平均日剂量应为6-8片。结论··:再次证实安度芬是一个镇痛效果较强,不良反应较小的镇痛药。可广泛用于中度疼痛和癌症患者的Ⅱ阶梯镇痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To prove the analgesic effect of paracetamol codein No.2 tablets and the relative degree with dosage so as to establish a rational administration in clinical practice. Method: Use open clinical trail of 100 cancer patients in terminal state with moderate pain. To confirm daily dose according to adjustment by using dose titration studies. Result: The dosage was positively related to pain intensity before administration; its usual daily dose was 6-8 tablets. Conclusion: Paracetamol codein No.2 tablet is a strong analgesic with fewer side effects. It can be used widely by cancer patients for controlling moderate pain on the second step analgesic ladder.更多还原
