【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of ligustrazine on the withdrawal syndromes of morphine dependent rat. Method: To establish a morphine dependent rat model by administration of gradually increased doses of morphine (from 20 mg·kg-1 to 100 mg·kg-1,5 days,sc);to precipitate withdrawal syndromes and evaluate the scores by naloxone(4 mg·kg-1,ip).Result: Ligustrazine could significantly reduce the withdrawal syndromes and weight lost. Conclusion: Ligustrazine is effective in inhibiting withdrawal syndromes of morphine dependent rats which may be related to its inhibition of calcium inward current.更多还原
