【摘要】 目的 评价脉冲Nd:YAG激光对泪道阻塞的疗效.方法 45例(52眼)泪道阻塞,采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光对阻塞部位进行气化疏通,联合药物灌注.结果 随访3～12月,治愈42眼(80.76%),好转3眼(5.76%),无效7眼(13.46%),总有效率86.38%.结论 脉冲Nd:YAG激光治疗泪道阻塞,对周围组织损伤小,不改道,再通效果好,颜面部不留瘢痕,操作简便,疗效肯定.更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effects of pulse Nd: YAG laser on lacrimal duct obstruction diseases and chronic dacryocy stitis. Methods 45 cases (52 eyes) with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with pulse Nd: YAG laser gasification, in combination with drug irrigation. Results after 3-12 Months follow-up, 42 eyes(80.76%) were recovered, 3 eyes(5.76%) were partly recovered and 7 eyes (13.46%) remained obstruct Conclusion Pulse Nd: YAG laser on lacrimal duct obstruction of simple operation and ideal effects, with less injury to surrounding tissue and no injury to face.更多还原
