【摘要】 目的 评价伴虹膜缺损的人工晶状体植入术的方法和效果.方法 15眼伴虹膜缺损的人工晶状体植入术中,分别采用瞳孔成形、利用完整的连续环形撕囊口、线形截囊后所造的前囊口及植入带虹膜的人工晶状体,来解决虹膜缺损所引起的症状.结果 15眼经上述方法处理后,均未出现畏光、单眼复视或眩目,视力提高至1.0～1.2者2眼、0.5～0.96眼、0.42眼、0.1～0.35眼.结论对于伴虹膜缺损的人工晶状体植入术中,适当处理缺损的虹膜可使患者获得较好的视功能.更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effectiveness of 15 eyes of intraocular lens implantation with iridocoloboma. Methods In 15 eyes IOL implantation with iridocoloboma,using situation pupil,using complete continuous circular capsulorhexis opening, making anterior capsul opening after lineal forms capsulotomy and using black-diaphragm IOL implantation in-order to solve the symptoms caused by iridocoloboma. Results After being managed 15 eyes did not appear photophobia, unilateral diplopia or glare.The visual acuity improved to 1.0-1.2 in 2 eyes,0.5-0.9 in 6 eyes,0.4 in 2 eyes and 0.1-0.3 in 5 eyes. Conclusions It will improve patients visual function through managing iridocoloboma proberly in IOL implantation with iridocoloboma.更多还原
