【摘要】 目的研究儿童人工晶状体植入术后后囊浑浊的预防及处理。方法对68例85眼儿童白内障摘出术的同时，将后囊中央环形撕除、截除或玻璃体切除器切除一3～4mm之孔洞，植入后房型人工晶状体。结果随访1～38月，平均7．6月，78眼（91．2％）后囊中央有一透明区，视力0．5～1．2者54眼占63．5％。结论一期后囊截囊术，避免了儿童术后后囊浑浊的发生，保证了视轴区的透明，避免了再次手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the prevention and treatment methods of the post cataract after cataract extraction with intraocular lens implanta tion in children. Methods Cataract extractions were performed on 85 eyes of 68 children with cataract,meanwhile the cencer of the posterior capsule was cut,and it was tom into a hole with the diamete from 3mm to 4mm, sometimes the vitrectomy was performed. The posterior chamber intraocular lens was implanted.Resultst Followed up 1 ~ 38 months,(average 7.6 months),there were transparent areas in the centers of pos terior capsule in 78 eyes(91. 2%), 63. 5% obtained the visual acuity from 0. 5 to 1 .2. Conclusions When cataract extracapsular extractions in children were performed, the posterior capsule were cut at the same time, thus the secondary cataract was avoided. The visual axis was trans parent. There was not any necessary to do surgery again.更多还原
